Returns: Prior authorization is required for all returns. Please call, fax, or email your request for return authorization prior to shipping the item(s). Please include the following:
Name, Return Address, Reason for return (including description of problem, if believed to be defective, and desired action (repair, replace, credit).
A return authorization number (RAN) will be assigned to each return.
Returns received without a RAN printed on the outside of the package will be refused.
Anitome assumes no responsibility for packages returned without a RAN. Any product shipped to you in error must be acknowledged and returned within 10 working days to receive a full credit.
Damage, Shipping or Billing Errors: Please inspect all shipments upon delivery. If damaged, have UPS make a note. Open your order immediately and check the contents. Any claims for damaged goods should be filed promptly with UPS. Report any shipping or billing errors immediately.
